For the new greenhouse project of Rainbowcolors BV in Andijk, the Netherlands, WNL Horti Insulations supplied the complete insulated roof and wall system, commissioned by Debets Schalke. This project represents another step towards a modern and efficient tulip growing facility, where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.

Our scope included 3,150 m² of roofing featuring the WNL EasyJoint™ roofing system, supplied as a complete WNL roof build-up including the angled S-house system. In addition, we supplied 4,000 m² of external wall panels and 1,450 m² of internal wall panels, resulting in a total of 5,450 m² of insulated wall panels.

Besides the sandwich panels, WNL delivered all required flashings and accessories, together with a fully insulated gutter system, including sandwich panels, flashings, EPDM materials and penetrations. This complete package ensured a high-quality and efficient building envelope.

The project has now reached another important milestone, with the greenhouse fully glazed. Work is currently focused on installing the screening system and constructing the 2,800 m² cultivation chamber with 13 cultivation layers.

We are proud that our products and the WNL EasyJoint™ system contribute to the realization of this innovative greenhouse project and would like to thank Debets Schalke for their continued trust and valued partnership.
